The light from within

All light originates from a source, such as a desk lamp or the Sun. However, it is interesting to note that living organisms also emit light. From bacterial cells to human tissues, there is a faint but detectable emission of light in the near UV to near IR range. This emission is referred to as biophotons, combining the words 'bio' (meaning life) and 'photon' (the basic unit of light).

 

Biophoton emission is closely linked to various cellular processes, particularly oxidative metabolic reactions. Mitochondria, specialised organelles that utilise the movement of electrons and protons across membranes to generate ATP (a molecule rich in energy used for cellular processes), are believed to be the primary site of biophoton production.

 

Living beings possess the ability to convert energy, and as a result, we appear to emit light from within.

The origin of Analemma

The discovery of Aǹalemma water was a result of biophoton research. Initially, we conducted experiments using plant seeds as a biological model. These seeds have the potential to grow into something bigger, but they require sunlight and water.

 

During our research, we exposed the seeds to water to induce germination and observed the patterns of biophoton emission from the growing plants. We discovered that by using different types of water, we could influence the physiological response of the young plants, which in turn affected their biophoton emission patterns.This discovery paved the way for the development of the procedure to create stable coherent water known as Aǹalemma.

Revitalised water for revitalised food

When we’re analysing biophoton emission of different plant tissues, we are looking at different components of the phenomenon, such as spontaneous emission and delayed luminescence. Together, these parameters paint a picture of the overall energy state, or vitality, of the organism that’s being studied.

 

Our recent research included fruits of plants that had been watered with coherent water. By analysing different light emission patterns of these fruits, we could assess their mitochondrial activity, and therefore their energy storage capacity. For instance, experiments on cherry tomatoes showed that watering plants with Aalemma water boosts biophoton emission of their fruits by up to 60%! When we change the physical configuration of our water, we transform the plants we grow and, consequently, the food we eat.
